The G100 is an international women's leadership organization that brings together influential women leaders from over 100 countries and numerous strategic sectors, including agriculture, entrepreneurship, finance, diplomacy, education, health, technology, and sustainable development. Founded by Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai, the G100 acts as a global network for action, reflection, and influence, with a mission to strengthen the role of women in the economic, political, social, and institutional spheres worldwide. Structured around more than 100 sectoral branches ("Wings"), the G100 unites Global Chairs, Country Chairs, advisors, and members committed to creating concrete initiatives that promote women's economic empowerment, women's leadership, inclusion, innovation, and social impact. The G100 also promotes international collaboration between governments, institutions, organizations, businesses and civil society to develop high-impact projects in different countries.
Mission
Mission of the G100: The G100's mission is to strengthen women's leadership globally by building bridges between women leaders, institutions, governments, businesses, and civil society to foster economic empowerment, inclusion, innovation, and lasting social impact. G100 Objectives: * Promote women's leadership and representation in the economic, political, and social spheres. * Encourage women's economic empowerment through entrepreneurship, education, and career opportunities. * Develop international collaborations and impactful projects across various strategic sectors. * Support initiatives that promote inclusion, sustainable development, and equal opportunities. * Create a global network of women leaders capable of inspiring, mentoring, and taking concrete action for future generations.
Participation in WSF 2026
Conference, Exhibition & Gala Dinner: As part of the 2026 World Social Forum in Cotonou, the G100 and Nouvelle Femme Dynamique Africaine are organizing a strategic conference, exhibition, and gala dinner around the theme: **Agriculture, Inclusion & Women's Leadership in Africa**. The conference will bring together institutions, women leaders, entrepreneurs, partners, media, and civil society actors to discuss the challenges of women's economic empowerment, agriculture, and inclusive development. The exhibition will showcase African products, services, expertise, cooperatives, artisans, entrepreneurs, and initiatives, while fostering business opportunities, partnerships, and increasing the visibility of women entrepreneurs. The gala dinner will provide an opportunity for institutional networking, recognizing partners, and celebrating initiatives committed to women's leadership and sustainable development in Africa.
