Mission
1. Train and build capacity: Provide young people, women, and communities with concrete tools for personal, professional, and civic development, empowering them to take ownership of their own paths. 2. Protect and empower women and girls: Combat gender-based violence (GBV), promote reproductive health, and create safe spaces for listening, support, and resilience. 3. Promote youth employment: Facilitate access to employment, entrepreneurship, and economic development opportunities, particularly for young people aged 18 to 35. 4. Value African cultural identity: Ground development actions in cultural heritage and pan-African community values, making identity a lever for collective advancement. 5. Conduct research and produce evidence: Conduct field research on social realities, including GBV, to inform public policies and humanitarian interventions. 6. Unite and mobilize change agents. Create spaces for dialogue, networking and collaboration between institutions, civil society organizations, the private sector and international partners. 7.
