Presentation

Africa-Europe-Interact is a transnational network founded in late 2009. It brings together activists in Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Togo, Guinea, Tunisia, Morocco, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, among whom many refugees, migrants, and deportees organize autonomously. Africa-Europe-Interact fights against the EU's repressive migration policy, not only in the streets, but also through concrete support along migration routes, such as Alarme Phone Sahara or a shelter for women and their children in Rabat. At the same time, we participate in social struggles in various African countries. For example, we provide political and logistical support to the democratic movement in Togo. Or in Mali: there, we support small farmers in their fight against land grabbing, and a small farmers' union has also been founded within our network.

Mission

Africa-Europe-Interact pursues two main objectives: the fight
for freedom of movement and equal rights, and
the commitment to social justice and
self-reliant development. In addition to supporting migrants, we advocate for the right
to remain in one's country of origin and to lead a life there in dignity
and security.
