OFER's MISSION: To strengthen the capacities of women, girls, and young people and promote their integration into promising professions for a prosperous and environmentally friendly economy. OFER's OBJECTIVE is to improve the situation of rural and peri-urban women to ensure their empowerment in all its forms; to promote, stimulate, and facilitate action research for the community and sustainable development of rural and peri-urban women, artisans of peace and social cohesion; to reduce the vulnerability of rural and peri-urban women in their fight against poverty; to mobilize women for peace and social cohesion in the community; to combat the proliferation of weapons and the abuse of drugs and narcotics; and to promote children's education. to promote resilient democracy and good governance, to promote the rights of women, youth and children; to encourage women in the decision-making process.
