Iyaniwura Children Care Foundation

Iyaniwura Children Care Foundation (ICCF) is a non-governmental organization committed to promoting the welfare, protection, development, and inclusion of vulnerable children, youths, and women, especially persons with disabilities. Established as a humanitarian outreach, the foundation focuses on creating opportunities that restore dignity, build confidence, and improve quality of life through care, education, advocacy, empowerment, and psychosocial support. The organization is widely recognized for championing disability inclusion, child protection, education access, women empowerment, and youth development. Through its programs, ICCF has supported children and young people in Lagos State and beyond with training in arts, music, poetry, entrepreneurship, life skills, and social integration. Core Areas of Work includes:. Organized inclusive Children's Day celebrations and advocacy events. . .Supported children, youth and women with disabilities through empowerment and awareness programs. .Promoted anti-abuse campaigns for children with disabilities. .Partnered with stakeholders on trauma healing and art therapy workshops.In 2022, ICCF-IYANIWURA Life Skills Residential Center was created,  a practical empowerment arm of ICCF created to equip children, youths, and adults living with disabilities or from disadvantaged backgrounds with employability, independent living, and entrepreneurial skills.
The center focuses on helping participants discover their strengths, become self-reliant, and contribute meaningfully to society. It is a model of inclusion where ability is recognized above disability.
