INADES FORMATION CÔTE D’IVOIRE

The goal of the IF network is to work towards the social and economic advancement of communities, placing particular emphasis on their free and responsible participation in the transformation of their societies. INADES-Formation operates on the principle that there can be no sustainable development without the participation of communities in the changes that must take place in their living conditions. The association's aim is to promote rural self-reliance through training and support. Thus, since 2017, INADES-Formation has adopted its participatory intervention approach called "Stimulation and Support of Development Alternatives for the Common Good (SAADEV)." This approach is the foundation for the implementation of its 2026-2040 Strategic Orientation Document, based on the search for solutions to the deep-rooted and cross-cutting causes of dysfunction in our societies, around four (4) strategic intervention areas: • The promotion of family farming (including the structuring of Agricultural Professional Organizations, training in sustainable agricultural practices, support for market access, and support for initiatives to add value to agricultural products); • Community microfinance; Climate change; The influence of development policies and advocacy. Inades-Formation Côte d’Ivoire, was created in 1978, and takes over for Côte d’Ivoire the objectives of the international INADES-Formation Association throughout the national territory.
