VIC-AFRICA (Vision for Innovation and Change in Africa) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization focused on personal development, leadership, and community engagement. Based on the Revolution of Inner Transformation, its goal is to center community development initiatives on personal development in Africa. VIC-AFRICA's areas of intervention include personal and community development, encompassing health and well-being, peace and social cohesion, environmental protection and climate justice, and education and youth empowerment.
Mission
With the vision: “An Africa where every person truly flourishes,” VIC-AFRICA’s mission is to “Make every person an agent of peace, development, and social harmony through a revolution of inner transformation.” The VIC-AFRICA organization aims to: ● Promote peace, living together, inclusion, and social cohesion; ● Promote health and well-being; ● Promote education, empowerment, and the development of the potential of adolescents and young people; ● Work towards environmental protection and a healthy and sustainable living environment; ● Promote active and responsible citizenship and civic engagement among young people; ● Promote personal development, meditation, mindfulness, and art therapy as tools for transforming humanity. ;● Promote economic development and community empowerment;● Contribute to building structures, businesses and organizations centered on human well-being;● Build a conscious youth, agent of transformation and model of positive change;● Serve as a reference school in personal development, well-being, leadership, civic engagement in Africa and the world.
Participation in WSF 2026
Sharing experiences on our community initiatives, particularly in the areas of citizen mobilization, promoting well-being, and social cohesion;
Learning and capacity building through exchanges with other engaged international organizations;
Developing strategic partnerships to amplify the impact of our actions at the regional and international levels;
Actively contributing to global discussions on issues related to youth, peace, sustainable development, and civic engagement.
