Asian Roundtable on Social Protection (AROSP) (Facebook) is a regional platform including 57 NGOs, trade unions, informal workers organizations, networks and scholars activists dedicated to campaigning for universal,shock-responsive, and gender-transformative social protection for working people in Asia.
Mission
VisionUniversal social protection is enjoyed by all, with engaged working people and
citizens across Asia living a life of dignity, equality and prosperity. MissionTo bring together marginalised workers’ organisations and allies to exchange
information and experience on issues of social protection, develop common strategies
to bring voice to working people and to advocate for transformative social protection. GoalsIncrease the visibility of marginalised workers’ organisations advocating for
transformative social protection.Develop a strong and dedicated Asian network of marginalised workers’
organisations advocating for transformative social protection, supported by allies
across the globe.
