Bamenda Film Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting film and media education among young people. Decolonial perspectives are a central component of our educational approach, guiding our efforts to foster critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness through film and media.
Misión
Our primary mission is to promote equitable media education that authentically reflects and supports the development of African cultures, values, and traditions.
Participación en el FSM 2026
We are interested in discussing topics related to colonialism and decolonial perspectives in educational spaces across Africa. We also organize film screenings that explore these themes, as well as discussions on the empowerment of women and girls.
