The NGO
Rights and Dignity of Women with Disabilities (2DFH NGO) is a growing organization
chaired by a woman with a physical disability. The NGO
is committed to equality and social justice. It implements
initiatives promoting respect for human rights, the sharing of best practices,
inclusive dialogue, and solidarity among local,
national, regional, and international stakeholders.
Aware of
the multiple challenges faced by girls, young women, and
women with disabilities in Benin, Africa, and around the world, the NGO Rights and
Dignity of Women with Disabilities (2DFH NGO) is resolutely committed to promoting
and defending their rights, their inclusion, and their full participation in
the development of their society. It is committed to providing strategic and technical support to girls and women with disabilities, with a view to strengthening
their empowerment, their dignity, and their leadership. Through capacity-building, advocacy, awareness-raising, resource mobilization, and networking programs, it aims to enable these women to fully exercise their rights, realize their aspirations, and actively contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 2DFH, an NGO, positions itself as a catalyst for social change, working towards a world where every girl, young woman, and woman with a disability lives in dignity, peace, and equal opportunities.
