INADES-Formation Togo is a non-governmental development organization specializing in training and mentoring. It is part of the pan-African INADES Formation network, an international association present in ten African countries, headquartered in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Its vision is that of "just, united, and equitable African societies serving the common good." Its mission is to work towards the economic and social advancement of populations, placing particular emphasis on their free and responsible participation in the transformation of their societies, in order to contribute, through training and mentoring, to positive and sustainable social change.
INADES-Formation Togo's areas of intervention include the promotion of family farming-based food systems through the Family Farming Development Support Program (PADAF), inclusive governance with the Local Governance Support Program (PAGoL), natural resource management and climate change mitigation through the Agroecological Transition and Climate Resilience Support Program (PATARRC), and community microfinance via the Alternative Financing Promotion Program (ProFA).
Its target groups are rural and peri-urban communities, farmers, individual agricultural producers, agricultural cooperatives, local authorities, economic interest groups, development associations, traditional leaders and other community leaders, as well as decentralized government services.

equitable African societies serving the Common Good. Strategic orientations: (i) To promote the founding values of “living well together” for the benefit of all, within a framework of the Common Good, (ii) to work towards redistributive societies,
engaged and in control of their economic, political, social,
and environmental transformations.
