Women Impact Network (WIN) is a non-profit organization committed to promoting the empowerment of women and girls through leadership development, entrepreneurship, education, mentorship, and socio-economic inclusion. Created to contribute to reducing inequalities and improving women's living conditions, WIN supports women and young people in strengthening their capacities, acquiring practical skills, and accessing opportunities that foster their personal and professional growth.
Through its various programs and projects, WIN works in the following areas: - Women's entrepreneurship;
Leadership and personal development; - Education and mentorship for girls; - Women's economic empowerment; - Digital inclusion; - Active citizenship and community participation; - Environmental protection and sustainable development.
Among its flagship initiatives is the Yéba OPPECI project, implemented
with the support of committed partners such as Mission Inclusion. This project aims
to strengthen the economic and social empowerment of women and girls
through vocational training, mentoring, leadership development, entrepreneurship, civic education, and support
towards better socio-economic integration.
Thanks to the Yéba OPPECI project, many women and girls have
benefited from training in:

The organization also implements training programs, coaching and mentoring sessions, awareness campaigns, technical support programs, and initiatives promoting networking and the sharing of experiences among women leaders and entrepreneurs.
Mission
General objective: To contribute to the socio-economic empowerment of women and girls through capacity building, entrepreneurship, leadership, and inclusion. Specific objectives: - To strengthen the capacities of women and girls through training adapted to their needs; - To promote women's entrepreneurship and financial independence; - Developing female leadership and self-confidence; - Facilitating women's access to economic and professional opportunities; - Encouraging digital inclusion and the use of technology; - Supporting young women through mentoring and guidance programs; - Raising awareness in communities about women's rights and equal opportunities; - Promoting civic engagement and community participation; - Supporting initiatives contributing to environmental protection and sustainable development; - Creating spaces for networking, sharing experiences and collaboration among women.
Participation in WSF 2026
Women Impact Network will participate in the 2026 World Social Forum to:
promote the empowerment of women and youth, highlight community initiatives supported by the organization, participate in forums for discussion and reflection on social justice and gender equality, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen its contribution to sustainable development and social inclusion.
