The Nour Foundation for Solidarity with Rural Women (based in Rabat and active in Morocco) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the economic, social and professional empowerment of women living in rural areas.
Mission
Its main actions and objectives include: Economic empowerment: Supporting, training, and mentoring women in creating income-generating projects, often structured as cooperatives. Capacity building: Organizing meetings and training sessions to develop the skills of housewives and female heads of households. Sociocultural support: The foundation also works on literacy, encouraging girls' education in rural areas, and promoting a culture of peace.
