The CRSFPC-USOFORAL (Regional Committee of Women's Solidarity for Peace in Casamance) is a civil society organization created by women committed to promoting peace, social cohesion, and inclusive development in Casamance.
Since its creation in 1999, USOFORAL has worked in the areas of peacebuilding, community mediation, women's leadership, local governance, citizen participation, women's economic empowerment, and community development.
Through its federations and network of women located in several municipalities of Casamance, the organization supports communities in conflict prevention, community dialogue, the reintegration of populations affected by conflict, and the promotion of lasting peace based on social justice and inclusion.
Mission
The CRSFPC-USOFORAL's mission is to promote lasting peace, social cohesion and inclusive development in Casamance through community mediation, strengthening women's leadership, citizen participation, local governance and the socio-economic empowerment of communities, particularly women and populations affected by the conflict.
Participation in WSF 2026
Organize thematic workshops, participate in convergence assemblies, and forge partnerships with other organizations in the south.
