The Centre for Studies and Research in Social Sciences (CERSS) is an academic institution established in 1993 in Rabat. The Centre specializes in public policy analysis, social sciences, and demographic transition. It publishes the Strategic Report and the journal Abhath. Since 2022, CERSS has held the status of a special advisory body to the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
Mission
To promote scientific research, share knowledge on national and international issues, and foster debate on key themes such as democratization, development, and security in Morocco, Africa in general, and Arab countries. CERSS is a platform for the exchange of ideas, opinions, and research projects.
Participation in WSF 2026
Organize two workshops: the first on education, the second on equality.
