As the undersigned organizations: 1. We attach great importance to our various participations in the processes and events of social forums inspired by the principles of the World Social Forum (WSF) and within the framework of the WSF, beginning with our presence within the process of the Paris Asian Social Forum (PASF) and its permanent online thematic connection spaces (ETCS). These events and processes are “open spaces for encounters” guided by the values and objectives described in the WSF principles. They offer opportunities for interaction – primarily through self-organized activities – with a diversity of entities engaged in developing resistance and alternatives for “another possible world”. 2. This world contrasts sharply with the one degraded by decades of dominant neoliberalism and increasingly authoritarian and manipulative political governance. We use these open spaces both as popular universities and strategic incubators, participating according to our objectives and available resources. We aim to develop the practice of online presence and participation, sustaining and decentralizing these processes through the use and combination of participation formats proposed by their respective facilitation committees. 3. We find the “Why and How Webinar Series” initiative very relevant. "Participating in the Global WSF Process," launched during the November 2nd activity (session C2) of the APSF 2025. It proposes a series of online information and invitation activities that will take place in 2026, explaining why and how to participate in the Global WSF. We will stay in touch via an online group and contribute to this initiative, either by co-organizing or participating in some of the activities in this series, or by encouraging participation.
