An Invitation to Organize Activities to Encourage Participation in the Various Social Forum Processes

Suggestion/Invitation: Various organizations active in social forum processes can organize, on their own initiative, informational and invitational webinars during May, June, and July, particularly "in" and "around" the WSF2026 event in Cotonou from August 4th to 8th. The 2C2 initiative, "Why and how to participate in the overall WSF process," developed by 5 organizations since early March 2026, consists of organizing "QEI&C" sessions: Questions - Experience - Intentions and Comments. Registered participants present their QEIs, and the webinar organizers comment on them, trying to provide practical guidance. For QEI&C Sessions, the points addressed are HOW and WHAT: 1/ HOW to participate in social forum processes: sharing questions or experiences (QE&C) on how to participate in certain forum processes, particularly in the process surrounding WSF2026, using the website's capabilities. 2/ WHAT to discuss through activities in these processes: sharing the intentions (I) and objectives of the organization concerned regarding its future participation in certain social forum processes, and comments (C) on the forms of participation that can be implemented to better achieve these objectives.
