 The impacts of the climate crisis are felt globally, yet the burden is disproportionately heavy in certain regions. While acknowledging that communities in Africa are among the hardest hit by both natural and anthropogenic factors, we must also spotlight the massive efforts of women, youth, and indigenous populations to push back and protect their resources, rights, and identities. This diverse panel will amplify the voices of these affected communities, fostering knowledge sharing on how local movements and organizations are developing and sustaining strategies to combat climate injustice.
