Descripción
This conversation is targeted at challenging norms that ignores lived experience as expertise for migration relevant dialogues. Quite obvious is that several demand that are acclaimed to support migrants have rather been instrumental to the silencing of their voices and promoted further shrinking and violation of migrants rights. In this conversation, participants will be challenged with questioning how the perspectives of migrants are perceived by Government and CSOs. In the discussion, politically organized migrants will highlight their priorities as persons with lived experience and directly affected by consequences of these policies, reinforce their potential as the systematically victimized but with determination to demand and advocate for migrants right and dignity and rights irrespective of their country of origin.
