Citizen exchange days (JEC) are opportunities for citizen dialogue during which, on the one hand, the Mayor presents his various actions and achievements, and on the other hand, the Decentralized State Services (SDE) present to young people the programs and projects carried out during the past year and future projects. It is also a time when the community, and young people in particular, share their priority needs with the Mayor.
